In the highly unlikely event that you aren't delighted with your drawing we are more than happy to offer you a full refund (minus a small admin fee--usually about £3).
What to do:
1. You need to tell us within seven days of recieving your drawing otherwise, unfortunately, we can't refund.
2. Send us an email stating your grievance and that you wish to return you picture. We'll give you the address to send it to.
3. Post back your drawing.
4. We'll return your money as soon as we recieve the drawing.
Please note: We can't be held responsible for any damages that were made during shipping. If when you sign for your package, it looks torn/bent/damaged in any way; don't accept it.
